great experience but room could use upgrades
The use of the washing machine was a surprising bonus during our stay. The fresh fruit bowl in the kitchen added a lovely touch to our mornings. The communal atmosphere allowed us to connect with fellow guests. The garden view was a wonderful addition that enhanced our relaxation.
The mattress felt a bit too soft for comfortable sleeping.

Just a smart choice for a weekend vacation in Ponta Delgada, great for the money. The shared kitchen was a nice touch, with everything stocked and ready to use. Bring earplugs if you're sensitive to noise at night.

Great, spacious room with air conditioning and lovely decor! The location couldn't be better—quiet yet central. Enjoyed breakfast at nearby cafes and a charming garden for some relaxation.
Had a bit of noise from the common area each morning. Apparently, walls aren't quite thick enough to block out the coffee-drunk chatter!

would definitely come back here
The comfort triple room was really spacious with air conditioning and a nice view of the inner courtyard. Maria provided beach towels for our outings, and the shared kitchen was well stocked. The common areas were cozy, creating a perfect spot to relax. Plus, it's right across from an amazing farmers market!

After a lovely two-night stay, I really enjoyed relaxing in the beautiful garden and lounging on the sun terrace. The coffee machine was a lifesaver, and having a shared kitchen made it easy to mingle with other guests. One small hiccup was the limited electrical outlets in the room, but it didn’t take away from my great experience! 😊

The airy common areas were charming with vintage decor, providing a warm ambiance that felt like home. Accessibility was seamless, making it easy for seniors to relax and enjoy the tranquil garden space.
More seating options in common areas would help.

Noise from the cobblestone street was disruptive, particularly during late night and early morning hours, severely impacting sleep quality. The external bathroom was far from the room, causing inconvenience, especially at night. The overall cleanliness in shared spaces, like the kitchen and outdoor areas, needs attention, with issues like mold present in the bathroom that detracted from the comfort level.
